Dr. Bill Kincaid
Dr. Bill Kincaid graduated from the UNC School of Dentistry in 1993 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Prior to attending dental school, he graduated from NC State University with a B.S. in Pre-Medicine and Pre-Dentistry.
Dr. Bill was raised in Kernersville, NC and moved to New Bern shortly after graduating from dental school. He began caring for patients in New Bern in 1993.
He is an active member of:

- Craven County Dental Association
- New Bern Chamber of Commerce
- Temple Baptist Church
Dr. Bill is dedicated to excellence and lifelong learning in all fields of dentistry.He attends numerous continuing education courses to further his knowledge and skills in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry.
Dr. Bill is married to Thea and is the father of 3 beautiful children, Will, Taylor and stepson Austin. He is very involved with the various hobbies and sporting activities in which they participate. In his spare time he enjoys spending time in the mountains and boating on the Trent River with his family.

Thea - Marketing & Promotions
Hello, my name is Thea and I handle the marketing and promotions here at Kincaid Family Dentistry. I am married to Bill and we enjoy many activities together. It is fun to be part of Dr. Bill’s team & to be around such a positive group of professionals. I have lived in New Bern over 20 years and am the owner of Thea’s Ideas.
Lisa Nobles- Office Manager
Hello, my name is Lisa Nobles. I have lived in NC most of my life. I have been married since 1989 and I have two wonderful children. I have been in the dental profession since 1989 and absolutely love every aspect of it. I was fortunate to have had a great mentor Dr. Leslie Ipock which I worked with until he retired. Dr. Kincaid has given me a wonderful opportunity to be a part of his dental practice as his office manager.

ourtney - Hygienist
My name is Courtney Hale and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I attended Wayne Community College in 2002. After graduation and completion of my state boards in 2004, I have been employed with Kincaid Family Dentistry. I enjoy dental hygiene because I like being able to help our patients improve their oral hygiene and feel good about their smile. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, bowling and photography.
Nicole - Financial Coordinator
My name is Nicole Davis and I am a native of New Bern. I have a wonderful husband to whom I have been married to since 2001. We have 2 boys that keep us busy. I have been in the dental profession for many years. I began as an office assistant in 1993 with Dr. Leslie Ipock. I was trained in 1995 to be a dental assistant. I have attended many continuing education classes. I am excited to be a part of Dr. Kincaid’s team and to meet his patients.
Alice - Scheduling Coordinator
Hello, my name is Alice Hacker and I am the scheduling coordinator here at Kincaid Family Dentistry. I have been in dentistry since 1983. I worked for Dr. H. L. Taylor before he retired in 2006. I feel very blessed to have found my position with Dr. Kincaid. I began as a dental assistant with Dr. Bill and was recently promoted to the scheduling coordinator.
New Bern has been my home all of my life. I have a wonderful husband and 3 sons and 5 precious grandchildren. We love RVing, fishing and spending time with our family. Music is a big to do in our family.

Hello, my name is Beth Stilley and I work beside Dr. Bill as his dental assistant. I completed my certified Dental assisting degree in 2004. I've been team member at Kincaid Family Dentistry since April 2007 & have enjoyed every minute of it. The atmosphere is so friendly & I enjoy getting to know our patients. In my spare time, I like to go 4 wheeling, camping & hanging out with my friends.
Heather - Hygienist
My name is Heather Adams-Sutton and I am a Dental Hygienist. I attended Wayne Community College and received my license for dental hygiene in 2007; I have been with Kincaid Family Dentistry since June of 2007. I am a proud mother of two little girls that keeps me on my toes. In my free time I love spending time with family and reading.
Melissa - Certified Dental Assistant
My name is Melissa Smith and I am a recent addition to the team at Kincaid Family Dentistry as a Dental Assistant. I have been a Dental Assistant for 5 years and love sharing my enthusiasm for dental health with everyone. I was born in Ohio, but lived in eastern North carolina for 20 years. In my spare time I enjoy weekend trips to Myrtle Beach, concerts, movies, and watching football.
